After he was laid to rest earlier today, we remember this message from Pope Francis that he issued for Lent this year.
We thank God for his life and pray to continue on the journey together with all as Pilgrims of Hope.
The funeral of Pope Francis has now finished but his legacy will live on as a voice of the voiceless, a dedicated champion of the poor.
We are thankful for his leadership over the past years and commend him to God's mercy and love.
